Big store with a variety of hype shoe models to choose from. Clothing rack is also good.

Non Existent Customer Service I came to the secret sneaker store on sunday 6/11 around 4:00pm excited to buy yeezy slides. There was 3 staff standing around having conversation with each other so i approached one of them to ask to get a different size. i was given a quizzical look and no offer of assistance was made.Reluctantly the one i approached went to get another size albeit in a different colorway to what i requested and he immediately disappeared. Upon checking i discovered the size was too small and was waiting for the staff that served me to come back and check for 7mins but nothing happened this was a very quiet period and 2 staff were still chatting to each other. I had to approach one of them again to ask for a different size upon which was provided in a different colorway to what i requested this time it fit me i then requested for the colorway i wanted and was told to go grab it and show him so they can continue to chat. Overall as the customer service experience can be described at best nonchalant but more honestly it leaves me feeling unwelcome and like an intruder. I have noticed this is not the first instance of the issue with the service with just a cursory glance at the reviews below. For a store that charges a premium for the goods, customer service should not be non exsistent

Don't waste your time buying from this store, unable to exchange a shoe when incorrect size due to Christmas purchase, policy return listed on website is unlawful and not to ACCC laws. challenge the refund, report them to ACCC and cancel any payments with your bank to have them sit up and take notice that without the consumer they are a nobody store and will close down

Haven for true-blooded sneakerheads like myself! It’s amazing that I was able to find what I was looking for! Transaction was smooth, delivered on time, packaged carefully, and most importantly 100% legit! Will definitely grab more pairs!

All their sneakers are wrapped in plastic and in this day and age you’d think that a “high end” business would be more aware of sustainable packaging practices. Not only does walking into a store full of sneakers covered in plastic create a cheap atmosphere and experience, it’s really wasteful and irresponsible. What kind of luxury store covers their merchandise in plastic packaging? I’m sure if you dedicated a staff member to the floor so they could monitor the merchandise and offer customer service, you wouldn’t actually need to protect the sneakers by wrapping every shoe up, the current practices are just pure laziness. It’s time to catch up with the rest of society and be better.

Purchased a pair of aj4 from city store. Nice and easy transaction from checking availability of the sneakers to make the purchase. Love this place. Definitely will visit again
