Florsheim - Chadstone

The attitude in this store was appalling. Being told "unlucky to have feet that size" is NOT good customer service. These staff members are a disgrace and I will not be shopping at this store again, nor will I be recommending friends and family shop here.

I was happy that their $300+ shoes went on sale late June. I bought a pair of slip-on shoes that cost ~$240; original price was ~$320. As I received the shoes, I was very disappointed with its quality. I wore it for two minutes to try its fit; unfortunately, it was not as good as the price I paid for it. It formed creasing after the first try! I have not even been on the street with them and they already look cheap. Florsheim one day used to be a quality brand. Nowadays it is just an overpriced piece of garbage, which you can find in Kmart or Tarocash for ~$50. I had to pay $15 for return postage and packaging. Florsheim reimbursed me for that.
