The manager at this store is rude, pushy and arrogant. Furthermore the quality of the shoes has dropped so low that I had to return them after a few days.

Avoid buying online. No customer support and no reply paid sticker as advertised on their website. Bought two pairs of shoes on their claim of simple returns. Aus post wouldn't give me a receipt or tracking sticker as aquila didn't include the reply paid sticker. Spent an hour trying to contact Aquila with no success.
