This has always been our local CR, the range is excellent and the staff are always helpful and supportive. But this year at Christmas, Isabella went above and beyond to help me and ensure that I could have an item available for my partner. Her actions and communication post connecting with her in-store was terrific. She kept me informed by email and by phone, and her drive to ensure we had the item at Christmas was next level. She is an asset to the company. Huge thanks! You made our Christmas!!

Excellent, located on melbourne central
I like the smell but I do not like the idea of paying $150 for a shirt that probably cost less than $5 to make. What happens when sweatshops pay fair wages - do these $150 shirts become $500? Does the poor class have to walk around naked and the middle class take out mortgages on their clothes? That being said - i do own a country road shirt yes, yes, I know, I am part of the bourgeoisie - though I think knowing how to spell bourgeoisie makes you part of it and it's quite nice, would recommend scouring 2nd hand for them.
I must kindly admit I don't know where all the high reviews are coming from. When I entered the store For the very first time, a shop assistant looked me straight in the eye and scurried away. I wasn't asked how my day was and felt as if the staff didn't want a bar of me, not one staff member asked if I needed any assistance.... one staff member did notice me, but refused to actually give me any service, I walked past three sales staff and they were obviously "busy" looking away from myself. It's one of the most poor experiences I've had in a retail store. I honestly doubt I'll ever step foot in that establishment again and probably won't even buy online as it's left that much of a sour taste in my mouth.
The ladies here are absolutely amazing! They are patient with you and will go above and beyond with out making you feel bad Only down side is. The register line is a bit confusing when it's busy. Better direction/signage is necessary for better a better customer experience. This is on the women's side. Other than that, great experience for looking for a mothers day present this year

Extremely unfriendly and unapproachable staff. From the manager to the sales assistant all were rude and cold. Definitely not returning.
Around 6 months ago I made a purchase of two new pairs of work pants, which I was very pleased with at the time and thinking I had bought amazing quality pants as they came from a ‘reputable company’ and were quite expensive at $130 a pair. only 5 months down the track, the pants both had deteriorated to the point where they weren’t even ok to wear to work anymore note, I work an office job and these pants do not cop heavy use at all and are quite loose fitting. both were tearing in the stitching down the sides and in the back pockets all the stitching has come apart. I went into the south yarra store on the 11/7/18 and politely spoke to Helen about my pants and showed her the damage to them and asked what we they can do to help me, to which her response was ‘oh I know what you’ve been doing..’ ‘you’ve been putting your phone and wallet in the pockets and putting your hands in your pockets. This causes great fatigue on the pockets and the stitching down the side of the pants.’ I could not believe what she had just told me and further more to this, was actually her reasoning for the company not willing to help me out in the slightest bit. they didn’t even offer to stitch them back up for me. I am absolutely disgusted in this companies customer service. spending hundreds on supposedly good quality clothing and I’m told my warranty has been voided for using the pockets for what they were put there for? I have also never had this happen to any other pair of pants I have ever owned so how can this excuse be justified? I will never buy from this company ever again.
This store has a bigger range and more stock than most of the others. The service is always sensational, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
