I'm not sure if the conversation was warranted not to take notice of a customer, but when I visited the Toorak Road store the other day I was completely ignored. After I said hello, only then was I acknowledged. I even tried a pair of shoes on from the shelf with no assistance. I was the only one in there and there were 2 sales staff deep in conversation. Very disappointing.

这家店的隔壁，同样的这家shopping mall，有一家二手奢侈品店，千万别进去。 理由一：店里温柔的大姐姐是个幌子，你要是进去了，说话有口音，后面很恐怖的老板娘就出来了。 理由二：很恐怖的老板娘会逼你买东西。 理由三：里面黑漆漆的，买的东西上面有划痕，你会看不清楚。
