As another reviewer has mentioned already, I also had a recent experience at the store where I unwittingly ran into Mr. Galan. He was incredibly kind and worked with me to get the coat I was purchasing exactly right. It wasn’t until the end of our interaction when he introduced himself that I put it all together. Highly recommended.

I walked in to the Arthur Galan store on Chapel St and was greeted and promptly looked after by a lovely gentleman. I was looking for a specific blue suit and found trousers in the colour I wanted. I asked if they had a matching blazer to which he said: "no, but I can make you one". He proceeded to take my measurements and give me the most amazing service, from customising the stitching on the button holes to getting on his knees to tailor the trousers. I then asked his name and he said: "I'm Arthur". I cannot believe how humble this man is to service me the way he did. Unreal!
