Staff are super friendly - shout out to Denise and Mikaela! Helped us pick a couple of dining tables and a courier which were all reasonably priced! Quality of the products are great and you can really find some gems in there, even though some have slight damage and marks. The team also clearly mark and label all defects, so it makes it easy to see and pick what is reasonable for you : Will be shopping there again, and Thankyou to the great customer service!!
Denise is just fantastic. I have furnished my house with the help of Denise. What a great lady and so professional and helpful. Always goes the extra mile. You can find good stuff in this place. There is a gentleman working there who is very nice and friendly. But there is an asian lady that is very rude. We did almost 1000AUD shopping but she was very rude and careless about us and constantly asking us to move from here to there, move away, dont stand here and etc!!
There was a huge sale on chairs at the time of my visit so the staff were really under the pump, yet they still went out of their way to help me find a set of chairs in the best condition possible. They were absolutely amazing and I cannot thank them enough! They truly went above and beyond with their customer service. I've forgotten their names, but to the female manager and the male sales assistant, thankyou so much!
Great bargains to be found here. Quality of the product is perfect. Staff member stsrted serving us, showing us the items we inquired about, then left us in the middle of our sale to serve someone else no idea why, just said she needed to help that person. We waited another 10mins. Lucky i really wanted the items i found, otherwise we would of left.
I visited the Fortitude Valley store in Brisbane as the name of the store was very appealing and I was looking at purchasing a Hamptons Style vase. However various people entered the store and the shop assistants asked how the customers where and how was their day? I as a customer was in the shop for a good 20 minutes and not one staff member approached me and ignored me. Yes I may be dark skinned and had a staff member bothered to take the time to say hello or can I help you, I would have made a purchase so as courtesy I decided not to purchase anything in return As Julia Robert's says in the movie in Pretty Woman you work on commission to the sales assistant big mistake.
I would like give a big shout out to Cheryl. She was one of the best sales assistance I have come across. Not only she served with smile but looked after us very well and informed and suggested us about the stock on floor. Kudos to her!
Brendan is the most helpful person you can go to. So friendly and welcoming. He spends big times patiently, gives great tips and has outstanding interior design knowledge.
