We had a great experience at M.J. Bale Chapel Street South Yarra. Tyson provided my partner and I exemplary service. My partner had a few issues sorting out a suit for a wedding and Tyson provided all the solutions with genuine care and professionalism. The quality of the clothes here are great. I can definitely recommend!

Excellent service from the two gents working, didn’t know my sizing when I walked in. Despite this, one of them eyeballed me perfectly and yet still provided the size above and below to try on. Knowledgeable about products on offer blends of fabric used and truly excellent and friendly service from start to finish. Will certainly be back again and cannot recommend them enough!

Best M.J. Bale in Victoria! Moran was the iggest help in allowing me to choose my first suit for our annual university ball. He's a great stylist & guessed my size on the first go! Highly recommend coming along for a fitting, you won't be disappointed

I just purchased 3 shirts from M.J.Bale Chapel street & was served by Dylan. Dylan’s knowledge & expertise was second to none, he knew every shirt, every cut, style & fit. He helped me with finding my correct size & the collar shape I wanted. He was extremely well presented, professional, well mannered & politely spoken. This store has a great aesthetic when you first walk in. The thing that I got excited about is the selection of shirts and how well they are presented. The store is an intimate size, kind of like one you would expect when seeing a tailor in London. The team here was very welcoming, professional and great with measurements. Good fitting attire is everything and these guys do it well!

Amazed at the commitment to getting it right.  The Chapel St. M.J. Bale has a terrific manager, Eugene, and the staff is always friendly and polite. These guys go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and to ensure you get the suit that makes you look great.

Spent over $1,000 on a suit but did not provide a suit bag. Asked and paid for an alteration to bring up the leg of the pant - one side was complete, the other was not and still had the pin to complete the work.  Very bad experience and will never go back.
