Sandgate Real Estate is a well-established independent office situated in the main street of Sandgate.

The new owners are a husband and wife team Brock and Aarthi. Together they bring a fresh outlook to Sandgate. Brock has several years experience in real estate and his thorough knowledge of the area and its surrounding suburbs gives him an advantage in marketing your property. Aarthi is a relative newcomer to the real estate market. However, with her background in sales and marketing, Aarthi brings innovative marketing solutions along with an array of web-based solutions to reach all demographics, in the market

Our Manager and Senior Sales Consultant is Laurie Ryan who is well respected in the real estate industry and has 30 years experience. Laurie is also our Property Manager, with the assistance of Nikky Wellman who has been with the office since it’s establishment.

Referrals and repeat business provide the majority of their sales and they proudly count many satisfied clients as personal friends.
