LJ Hooker Kallangur

Went to an Open house today at 8.30 am for a Rental at Kallangur. Wanted to talk to the lady and basically she told me, that the only thing that really matters is, the 30% net imcome..Really..I HAVE AN AMAZING.. Rental record as I have had to rent for work...never in my life have I missed a payment on any anything and you would not pass on one message to Donna the property manager for me..As in your words None of that matters..As a Landlord myself..I would never put my property with you guys..nor would I want to Rent with you guys if this is how Rude you treat People..I understand you were busy..but you made a fool out of me in front of a lot of people..shame on you..All you had to do was say to me stick around and I will talk to you later..I wanted to ask If this could be a 4 or 5 year lease..as We wanted a long lease...security for us and the Own..
