Sails is on the 1st floor of a bldg with shops on the ground floor. Nice large windows are open over the yacht park with a nice view. They only accept 4 guests for tables by windows. We went for seafood & all was great. There is a nice choice of wine & the service is nice. It’s rather full, so better book !
First impression is a lovely view of the pier with all the sails and a nice interior. Service was good, other than an initially given the wrong wine but was immediately rectified.nStarters were very enjoyable- highlight definitely being the torched tuna, would highly recommend.nFor mains we had the roasted crayfish which was good overall but felt like it lacked in flavour, fregola was tasty though!
Had dinner with husband. Warm welcome, lovely place and neat presented tables. I wouldn't call it a fancy place. Food was good. Only the starters were average. Prawns and scallops which were frozen, defrosted and cooked.m- just ok.nHe enjoyed his fish while l enjoyed my duck. Good serving. Had some cocktails too.nnIt was fully packed on a Sunday. They can have more waiters when it's busy rather than having 3 people for the whole floor . Otherwise we had a good experience.
A literally warm welcome by the team given the wet chilly night. Staff were extremely wonderful with the service. Food was exceptional especially the calamari. We ordered the 6 course set meal. They accommodated our request to tweak the menu a little and accepted our little late arrival. Try their wine pairing as well! An amazing experience!
I've been there for a new years eve and the menu was enjoyable, service was fast and responsive, as of negatives the temperature inside was rather high
