An absolutely massive structure. Brand new with plenty of room to move around everywhere. Has had some teething problems but this is to be expected with a billion dollar new hospital. It's state-of-the-art and very sleek. Would be nice to see parks added around it like the old RAH had. Everyone gets their own room when they're here which is great too.

ED was amazing. Care could not be faulted. Even to the point of ensuring I got safely to my car in the early hours of the morning after leaving a loved one in their care. It takes more than just great specialist knowledge to make a hospital the best it also takes compassion and a human touch. Amazing keep it it going. Simply the best!

The best medical treatment in the country with friendly staff willing to help. If you are an emergency they will save your life. Great art on the walls. If you have a bad back forget the rock hard seats . Not enough seats for people in the outpatients waiting areas. If you are an inpatient with dietary (allergy or stomach/colon) problems forget about eating until you get home. The kitchen does not cater for that because of their restricted budget.

**Old RAH** Thankyou to all the wonderful, caring & the nurses & Doctors at the Eye Surgical Suite. So Very grateful! 💐 ** Old RAH** Concerned as new RAH does not have emergency eye appointments in the new clinic, Doctor to told me he didn't know what I was going to do now. Could ring before & they would tell you to come straight in, Not sure what I'm going to do now

Had a procedure done today and felt very well taken care off during the entire time. My main nurse was such a lovely and caring person and so was everybody else I dealt with today. Very modern hospital with good signage, just parking is a bit confusing.
