Friday night 7.30pm and they close at 9.00pm, we went to order 2 toasties and we were told they were not available because they had just cleaned the machine. There were a number available in the cabinet. A question for the owner........why would you lose customers by commencing cleaning with an hour plus trading to go? And is the product held over until the next day? Hmmm! For me that brings in to question the freshness of some of your cabinet products. The staff would also benefit from customer service training.

My last post for RHC was not so good. Recent visits have shown a marked improvement. Now a regular about town - well done🙄

The coffee was great but the staff were super rude and grumpy. It was saddening.

Purchased an iced mocha for $6.50. The volume content was less than a can of coke and over half of the drink itself was just ice. Won't be making that mistake again.
