Has toilets which are... not giving the highest impression of hygiene however they are always open. The kiosk is awesome, potato chips and snakes which you can buy by the single! It's busy, lots of platforms for connections. Beware many of the entry/exits are closed most of the time, if you are a traveller and want to find somewhere that's always accessible, enter from Swan st.

In urgent need of an upgrade. The crush after big events is getting out of hand. The middle subway is very dark and not a very nice place to be. There have been a couple of major improvements to make the crush better.

I like Richmond train station, it is old school cool. Mid week (peak hour) the platforms have helpful announcers that sound like they should be working at commercial radio stations. My only gripe with the train station is that Punt St gates only seem to operate on game days.

Half the entrances are blocked off during peak times, no instructions on how to find other entrances across Hoddle Steet. On the upside, trains are always 10 minutes late so you should have time to find the other entrance.
