Confusing layout. I went down an escalator which was supposedly for “All Platforms” and I couldn’t find the one I supposed to go to so I missed my train. They changed all the lines to different platforms which means that all the lights had been turned on which was labeled which platform to go to.

Be careful on the escalators of death. Because its in the shopping centre half the people using the escalators don't understand "keep left unless overtaking" despite the signs. Filthy station. Kinda scary as well. not a nice place to be and I have no reassurance of any kind that if you were lower down during an emergency probably have no hope. Also there is only one big board for all the arrivals and departures and platforms so check before you go through the gates then you can follow signs to your line but you won't know how long the wait is.
