It is quite basic with no onsite facilities ie no toilets, ticket counter, car park but it is functional and clean.nMany trains skip East Richmond so you are sometimes better off using nearby Richmond Station.nTrams run along Church St if you need connecting public transport.
Old and outdated station need upgrade, connection to Church Street and tram 70.
It's a standard station really, but it is very old and needs an upgrade pretty soon, also hardly any trains stop here.
