I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone who is wanting lazer treatment. They make you pay for several treatments jup front...and they tell you, you will see a difference in skin or wrinkles or tightness after so many weeks....thats garbage, its all about getting more money out of u, so u have to keep going in!! I am Not coming back again as i did NOT see any result wotsoever after 6 weeks of treatment! and the staff were very unhelpful and not obliging or accommdating at all.

I read the bad comments previously but I decided to give it a chance. Tried to call the clinic noone picked up the phone.I went to the clinic to ask for appointment,there was noone at the reception.I was waiting for 40 minutes, once an Asian looking woman came out,smiled at me and then disappeared. I am very upset with their customer service would not recommend it to anyone.

Had micro & oxygen infusion. Everyone does micro these days but treatment was really thorough and my skin feels super nice. Not pushy in sales and both treatments and products are really well priced. I think there is a discount for the first treatment too. My therapist Hannah was really nice and friendly.

I had walked in for a laser hair removal session on the 5th of Dec '16. The result that I gained was far beyond unsatisfactory for a clinic of supposedly trust-able reputation. Despite my having advised the aesthetician that it was my first time for such a treatment, no patch test were performed on me nor was it even remotely suggested and I did not know that it was necessary then. Immediately after the treatment on my legs, I felt a tremendous burning sensation. When I told her about it, she simply replied that 'it's normal' for a first timer. I came along with two colleagues of mine who then told me that I smelled like i was burning for which it did feel like my legs were on fire. She also gave me such a bad dry razor shave (in several small spots) that it bled to which she just handed me some tissues.That very night, my right leg swelled up and the uncomfortable combination of pain and itch was unbearable. This went on for the first four/five days and in the mean time, the skin on my legs and thighs became waxy, blotchy and left obvious dark patches. Since I was badly advised on the reaction to what she deemed to be 'normal', i took the technicians word for it. Little did I know at the time that my skin has been burned.I was given a slip of paper that has 'post-treatment care' guidelines to which I have adhered to; leaving that out of the question. It has now been more than a month since the awful treatment and my legs and thighs still has not fully recovered from the burn and it left permanent ugly and unsightly dark patches. In fact, I had to consult a dermatologist plus a GP and spend more money to get the burn and swelling treated in a timely manner. I should also mention that my underarms were slightly burned but not nearly as bad as my legs and thighs. Both the physical torture and the mental torment was just to much to bear. I had high hopes for the treatment and in the clinic when I first walked in but I had been terribly let down. I was also advised to have 10 sessions done for which I had paid a full amount of AUD 1200 and only got 1 done. Never again in this clinic since I have lost complete faith in it.
