I had my inject done there with Rochelle, I don’t normally write reviews but the work this lady has done is incredible. She listened to everything I wanted, took in to account my previous treatments and has done an exceptional job. If you’re looking for a good quality nurse look no further, she deserves nothing but praise for the care she gives to her clients. I can’t recommend this clinic enough. I cant wait to have my next treatment

I have been doing the treatments for few years at this clinic, and the one last session just ruined the whole experiences I had here. When I booked my second last session, the staff told me the one more last session is gonna expired I bought 6 sessions in one go because the said it can be extended if I didn’t use it all in a year but she can help me to extend it also helped me to book it on that’s day as well. I went there few days ago for my last session. During the session, I could tell the staff was trying to hurry up finishing it, and told me not to stay in the room for too long cause they are running behind. After that, they told me I had to pay for it because it’s already expired and there was no way they would allow their staff to extend for me? And the staff told me it’s only $29.5 for the price??? How about you pay for me then? I said it’s not just about the money. She kept saying that must be a miscommunication between them. I said it’s unacceptable if that’s you guys problem. Staff made a mistake and customer had to pay for it. Super unprofessional and ridiculous. Will never go back again.

I had 3 session here for hair removal. 2 with Sienna, the results are pretty good, who is also very patient to me really professional.

I want to register here my frustation and disappointment with the service provided by the Meyer Center store to me. I've been trying to schedule my penultimate treatment for two weeks and I can't because nobody wants to help me. I only have two more hair removal treatments to complete the package I bought, but they don't show up in the clinic's system, even though I've already scheduled them months ago and have the same confirmation from everyone by email. I have called numerous times and explained the situation and talked asking just to reschedule the last appointment that I couldn't go because my flatmate had Covid and I hadn't taken the test yet and I want to confirm the next and last session that is scheduled for 08/15 at 8 am, but nobody is interested to help me, because the attendant said would pass the situation to her manager and then she will call me back, and it has a week and noone call me. I was very happy and recommending the clinic's services, but the service and care completely changed months ago, since the problem started on the website and our prepaid treatments were not being shown and I couldn't schedule or reschedule through the website. I was forced to pay in my last appointment for a service that is already paid for and the attendant said no and I confirmed that she was wrong when I got home and found all the receipts and compared with the dates and services performed until that day, and then I was more sure when another attendant told me on the phone that I had this prepaid service. Honestly, I really wanted to buy other skin treatments and even continue depilation with more sessions, but in this way, I lost interest and trust in the care and service of the clinic that can suddenly disappear with my treatments, claiming that I don't have them. I am very disappointed and upset about this situation.Service: Laser hair removal

Dear customers. Before you perches & decide to have hair removal discuss how many sessions would take to drop my hair growth, as we know, it will never remove it permanently. When I first started they told me 12 sessions will drop your hair growth to 90% as I have a black hair. I have taken about 40 sessions in about 4 years of doing with this company. Even though I was realizing that not getting results but was so happy with previous store managers. Current one after been calling the store for 4-5 times to talk to store manager no response. Then one of the staff called to have a review with me and tell me laser isn’t affective on your body. As the store manager dishonored to meet their regular customers. My advice think wisely from an experienced costumer, wasted lots of money..Service: Laser hair removal
