After a less than impressive result from another salon I went to Stefan in the Meyer Centre hoping they could help, Tim and Michael were absolutely amazing! They listened to my hair goals and really took the time to assess my hair and talk me through it all. Great atmosphere, banter and music in the salon as well! 100% recommendServices: Hair coloring
Absolute con artists. Worst hair dressers ever. Charged my friend $180 for a toner and treatment and constantly try to push her into buying their hair products. Refused to colour her hair saying it has breakage. They coloured it last and made her buy $180 worth of their hair products which she had been using. She had virgin hair the end of last year and has only foiled it twice ever so that is ridiculous. They apparently melted some poor girls hair so they won't also colour peoples hair if they have used Monday and another brand hair products, but it was to do with their bleach they use as I have never heard any other salon experience this. DO NOT go to Stefan's. Poorly trained and like the home brand of salons trying to charge premium prices. I've been there twice and had the worst experiences and would never go back. My friend will never be back too. I want to report them to the ACCC, they should be shut down.
I have difficult hair however this was the worst place I have ever been .. quoted $ 458 for cut tint wash 20 foils .. I decided to pass and my daughter asked about the quote so $199 without the foils .. I asked her not to use a razor as I know curly hair doesn’t like it so she used her scissors to do it anyway .. she straightened curly hair to cut it .. it is gapped all over the place .. it is like an echidna gone wrong standing on end .. no wonder she said I will need the 350 of products to help it look good .. she gave me an amazing head massage but If I wanted a hair cut for straight hair I would have asked for it and I watched my daughter get the wrong colour .. dye all over her skin and clothing .. even had hair dye on her elbow .. and her cut was just the ends trim which saved her beautiful hair !!! Terrible service .. not even an offer of a glass of water .. to have my hair cut Not good but a nice colour and one guy was funny $200 We went here because when my sisters worked for Stefan it was a pampering luxury experienceServices: Bang trim
Stopped in without a booking, and they accommodated me immediately. Atmosphere was fantastic, and received an excellent haircut. Beautiful people. Can't wait to go back. Thankyou for such a positive experience
Result was okay.. the hairdresser was very young and rough, she apologised and laughed when I cringed each time she yanked my hair.. went in for a styling for an event, asked for some detailed braiding, result was messy and lacking detail, I asked for it to be fixed on the sides and she seemed to get stressed which made her rougher so I refrained from trying to make suggestions, other than for her to look I the mirror at what she was doing so she could see what I meant. I have little to no skill with hair but felt putting it in a half up ponytail I could have managed. Curling was lovely but dropped to almost dead straight before she finished, would have thought some product would be used to hold it. Over all rather disappointed I paid for a style when I should have attempted it myself and not ended up with a headache.
Conveniently located in the myer centre adjacent priceline, so you can head straight there and get the pain killers you will definitely need once theyre finished colouring and styling your hair.
They ruined my hair, the colour, cut, overcharged me, juggled me around. I can't even write the full complaint here, and the complaint email they left others is a dead end email? What a joke.

I just asked for a simple haircut. He charged me $120 for a wash that I said no! Anyway he cut more than what we agreed. Trying to sell products so annoying. So disappointed.
