I've been receiving laser treatments at Laser Clinics - Queens Plaza for the past year now and it is always a pleasure. I booked my full leg with one of the staff for an 8.20am appointment. The staff were running late and made me wait 20min. Once I went in they told me that they could only do half of the leg because they had no time and were running late with their schedule. I left the business and told the manager that she lost a customer for good. The experience was unprofessional and amateur especially considering I took the day off work. I have been doing laser for over 7 years in NSW, I’ve never had any bad experience. However, here at this clinic what you get is bunch of young people with no experience in the industry. They are doing sales to learn the job by burning people’s skin & doing a half**s job! Never recommend this clinic here at Brisbane CBD!Service: Laser hair removal

I have been quiet sometimes and I really happy with the result. I’m doing here especially upper body neck and under arms which I can see amazing result. Highly recommend this clinic.

I just had my laser treatment done with Evie in LCA at Queens Plaza in Brisbane city and she was fantastic and very thorough. She made sure that I am happy with the treatment. Extremely disappointed. I bought treatment packages for laser hair removal but due to Covid Lockdowns I obviously had to stop my treatments and now turns out that most of my prepaid packages are expired so I can't use them anymore.
