Wow what a great little gold mine. Very clean, seating comfortable, staff super friendly and prices amazingly affordable for everyone including families. Wow to think we went to the Hoyts over at Greenhills so expensive, we thought that's it not going out to the movies unless it's a special occasion, but now we will be returning continuously to reading cinemas. Great job

The workers are horrible they wouldn’t let me take my daughter into a MA+ movie and no wonder why they have no customers because they kick everybody out
I went to Reading Cinemas Maitland today to see Tom and Jerry, and I had a great experience overall. The cinema I was in, cinema 4, had about 4 vertical lines on the screen, but that didn’t bother me. There’s been a similar issue at another smaller cinema chain that I’ve been to before. The staff member I was served by was fantastic, I was wanting to acquire a physical membership card and they were very helpful. The food was no cheaper or expensive than any other cinema I’ve been to, so no complaints there. And I was happy with the ticket price. Overall, the facilities were clean, the seats were comfortable, the prices were comparable to other chains, and the customer service was great. I’ve rated it 4 out of 5 stars, only because of the issues with the screen in cinema 4, and the fact that the interior is a lot older/less modern than other chains.
Great old cinema - comfy chairs. Not recliners but armrests go up so you can stretch out a little. Staff are very friendly and seeing Titanic in 3d was a memorable experience.
So easy to access. Parking just outside
