Saw Avatar 2 - screen is very small and surround sound almost non existent! Owner needs to spend some money to update the cinema - picture and sound quality is not good enough to cope with current movie productions. If you can’t provide the equipment to show a movie properly then don’t screen it.  FIVE STARS TO STAFF - I thought the staff were great coping with the New Years Day crowds and the seating was well organised.

Clean and well-maintained. Staff are always friendly. Our family always enjoys the experience of coming in and watching on the cinema because of this place .

Very good great way to spend a very hot afternoon. We did think it was funny to have allocated seats when there was 12 people to see the movie

I love how you guys value people with disabilities and treat everyone kindly and respectfully. Seats are nice, screening is great and the food is delicious. I sometimes even send my kids down just to go get choc tops, they are that good and quite affordable. I also love how cheap posters are and how the staff are always there to help when it is needed. If you live in this area I would definitely give this great place a visit

Nice local retro cinema. Staff are friendly and prices are great as is the food! I do agree that the seats are in need of an upgrade tho, and they also need to be raised so that you can't see peoples heads in front of you

Smallest cinema seats on earth. Toddlers might be a snug fit. If you want to be comfortable, steer clear.

Very unimpressed with assigned seating and no say in where you sit. I wouldn’t recommend this theatre if they don’t change this. We arrived an hour early and we’re seated in the back corner of the cinema  Get your act together Great Lakes!

Lived in the area for 10+ years and this has to be the worst cinema in Australia. Rude staff. Floors soo stick you can hear yourself walking to your seat. Stinks of old popcorn. Place need s a refurbish, badly. Owner seems like a real drop kick! Cant wait for someone else to take over

Movie quality was fine, but they closed the curtains before it ended.  The staff were not particularly friendly, it was busy, so it is not unreasonable.  Unfortunately, will not be returning. Due to the negative experience.
