A hot day outside today boxing day and the Fay's Twin cinema was hot, extremely stuffy and very uncomfortable watching Avatar, The way of water. Very disappointing as the cinema had a good crowd so definitely should be able to afford to turn on air conditioning. Only one of the four air-conditioners were showing a power on light on their unit. The other three air conditioners were off. The young lady behind the counter was loud with her younger male college and unprofessional.
Brilliant and fantastic. I watched Megan and enjoyed comfortable seating and delicious popcorn. Easy parking and fabulous customer service.
A place that I have loved since childhood. It’s a nice place, with friendly staff and great service. It is a place I have loved for years, and I hope it continues to do so.

Great little cinema, all the latest releases, friendly helpful staff. In order to social distance they have a table barrier in front of the counter which is great except if you are short.you could probably do yourself a mischief reaching across it.
First time here, lovely ladies , good price but could do with comfy chairs

Friendly staff and clean. More vegan friendly options food wise would be great though.
I had an expired voucher 11/21 that they said they would not honour despite Covid restrictions etc pretty poor I think so don’t buy a voucher as they will take your money and not give anything back not even the voucher until I argued about it Even though a staff member said they would!
