Great experience, but as a videophile I do wish they could do something about the fabric for the screen in cenima 4 causing a bit of distortion on movies and missing screen on top for full 16:9 videos. But other than that I think its a great theatre experience.

Visited twice within a week with a friend to use our Dine & Discover vouchers. With the help of our Pension cards & 1 voucher each on a Monday evening, we received 1 ticket, large popcorn , large drink each & a box of Maltesers to share. It cost us nothing. If you present your car park ticket when purchasing your movie tickets you also get a bonus 2 hours free parking on top if the 2 hour free limit. We had a great time & were surprised at how quiet & respectful the other patrons were during the movie . We came back on the Thursday evening 30/6 last day for the vouchers, the tickets are more expensive on this day & over the weekend I think but we got everything except the Maltesers for free & the movie was a full house. Again we were delighted at how quiet all the patrons were & had a wonderful time.

Absolutely amazing customer service from a young chap, I believe he’s name was Brent? Regardless he was a very attractive individual with gorgeous dark hair and blue eyes. Anyways that’s besides the point, he always delivers exceptional customer service at the theatres and is the main reason I come to the cinemas now!

I'm not sure if it was owner or manager on today but you sir are what customer service is all about. You were so friendly and helpful it added to our already great day out in Tamworth. Also the Elvis movie was excellent  See you next time

Very quick and efficient service, especially while using my NSW Parent Voucher

25 minutes of ads before the movie even started. Don't bother coming at advertised time.

Attended the cinema with a client and we received a terrible service by one of the front staff. The staff's attitude was very disrespectful when my client needed to understand how the discover voucher works, and didn't take much time for us to understand. He constantly used words like "you don't listen!" in an angry manner. Even when we missed the direction to our cinema hall he said "that direction! I have told you before you don't listen". I told him that his behavior was not friendly, he total ignored me. All other staff were friendly anyway.

I watch the new Elvis movie it was great now I know why Elvis never done a world tour if anyone wants to know go watch the movie

Always enjoy the movies!  Only minor complaint is purchasing tickets - having to queue for ages whilst everyone else seems to buy copious quantities of popcorn & drinks so dark when entering the cinema.
