They don't meet Australian Standards. Mostly don't know what they do. Happy not dealing with them anymore

I was a landlord of a property that Ray White Castle Hill was managing for me. Took the listing agent's advice and it back fired. Spoke to NSW Fair trading about the advice and they confirmed it was not correct and not legal. At the end I lost out of rental income and had to push my plan forward by a few months. I asked if I can meet with the Licensee to talk through my concerns but he refused. He didn't even have the curtesy to  call me if he was too busy to have a meeting. If you are looking for an agent to manage your property I would suggest to stay away from Ray White Castle Hill and go to another real estate agent. If I could give them ZERO stars for this review I would.

He told me he doesn't have to provide a price guide for buyer by law.And he did it on every property. And not respect for buyers.

I want to thank a very special person from Ray White who always brought a smile to my face and made the most impossible situation possible, none other than “Mr. Paul Conti”.   

His dealings with me especially recently has been of the highest order.  I have found him to be highly professional and skilled Real Estate Agent that excels in his role.  He always displayed the utmost empathy, and integrity whilst being so hard-working, conscientious, dedicated and very committed to his role.  I will recommend Ray White Castle Hill due to the service I received from Paul, even whilst he was on leave managed to assist, this is excellent client service.

His demeanour makes the client feel comfortable and less anxious.  He will always be considered the best “Real Estate Agent and this is echoed by several other clients I happened to meet.  I am sure a very valuable and respected employee of Ray White Castle Hill. 
 
Please pass on my thanks to Paul.  He will always be highly respected by our family.
