The principal of Raine and Horne Castle Hill, Alex Rouggos seems most unprofessional and unethical. I was interested in buying a property in West Pennant Hills. He misled me to believe that the vendor had accepted the offer by: - confirming that the vendor had accepted the offer when specifically asked which in all probabilities must be a lie. - making me drive 50 kms to get the signature of the joint buyer at 9 PM in the evening saying that he would get the vendor's signature that night or before 7 AM in the morning. - By informing me at 9.30 AM next day by SMS that the vendor could not sign and that there were no issues in vendor signing the contract. Later at 3.30 PM he started renegotiating for $20K more under the guise of "right to negotiate". I rejected saying that the negotiation should have happened before the contract was signed or I should have been told at the time of signing that the vendor had not accepted the offer. He is now finding excuses not to send my deposit cheque
