Craig is one of the best and delivered great outcome for the sale of my property! Craig has been in the industry for a long time and truly knows the market well. During the sale process, he communicated with me frequently and kept me informed every step of the way. Craig was also very easy to work with and understood my circumstance and needs. Brendan is a star! While it's a skill for professionals to remember the names of their prospective clients, it is volatile in nature. But Brendan is different, he not only remembered my name, but recalled a couple of minute details which I don't think needs mentioning here, when I spoke to him weeks later. I felt the professional connect at once amongst the myriads of agents out there. Brendan is a person with positive vibes. He sets realistic expectation but goes out to ensure the right thing is done. Need to show a property to a prospective client's friend after a long day at work? No problem. Need to show the property once today and again tomorrow? No problem. Brendan was genuinely happy to deal with us than treating us like 'another potential client', his response has been super fast even when he was out of the country. I would highly recommend Brendan.

I handed over my property for lease to Gilmore, Baulkham Hills after having no luck for more than 2 months with Ray White, Castle Hill who insisted on dropping the rent. One day later Laura Garling Managed to find a tenant at the originally advertised rent and put together a contract to start a week later. During the week, she kept on communicating with me every step of the way. Excellent piece of Real Estate work and I am very pleased.
Richard Camba from Gilmour has been the property manager of our rental property in Baulkham Hills for over an year. He has been very professional and transparent to respond to our queries. Extremely͏ helpful and friendly! We bought from Craig recently and he was extremely friendly, helpful, and it felt like nothing was too hard or too silly a question. It was a nice change to be speaking to someone who seemed genuine compared to some other RE agents we have met over the last year.
