David Choy and his team have worked really hard and at times long hours, to help selling our property. I think it’s probably fair to say that it’s hard to find another agent who is working as hard and as passionate about his job as David. Throughout the 4 weeks sales campaign, we were regularly updated with the sales progress and market feedback. 

David has an in-depth knowledge of the Hills area and i am impressed by his conviction on the “McGrath” marketing and pricing strategy. 

In the end, the important thing is, they got the job done. It was a pleasure to work with him and his team.

Thomas Choy was our agent during a sale in Kellyville in May/June 2017.  We were looking for someone with passion, enthusiasm and most of all local area and legal knowledge to lead us through what can be a stressful time.  Thomas was prepared and thorough from our first meeting through to our last and made the process very enjoyable and never in doubt.  We woudl highly recommend Thomas and his consultative sales technique and approach to any potential seller in the Hills.

Very very disappointed about David Choy and his sale technique. Quoted a property in Castle Hill that guide for 1.2 to 1.3 and it sell for 1.7. Neighbours tell me owner always wanted that price. David Choy must know this. Many buyers angry leaving auction. No trust this man.

I had terrible experience with McGrath castle hill's rental department. I have 1 investment property under the management. The worst agent ever. I had experience, liking calling the agent 10 times and she called me back the last minute before goes home. She always made it like it is all our fault, they have never send any pictures of the property when they do inspection which i highly doubted they did. And their termination notice period is 90 days comparing with 30 days with other agents. They never pointed out when we sign the management agreement. Anyone who is considering use them, please do not. They are really terrible and rude. I am so regretted that I used them. If you have similar experience please share. I do not think they will improve, but at least residents in hills district should be aware that how bad they are.

David Choy is one of the best agent in Hills. Hard working, customer orientation and patient. 5 stars, and highly recommended.
