i live in a duplex, speak realty is the property managers for the other half of it, as of today the 22/07/2017 they have yet to pay a simple water bill which was due on the 12/05/2017 when i asked Kylie the manager she tells me one lie then Dijana tells me another lie, on the 21/07/2017 I asked for a copy of the bill & receipt at which i was told "it would be sent to me tomorrow", funny i am still waiting. Speak realty appear to be lying to me & the owners of said property. I am giving them 1 star as i can not give them less

The principal agent, Dijana, is professional and is always willing to make time to answer questions.
If anyone is needing an agent or wanting to change their existing agent, I recommend giving them a call.

I have used this agency many times now and will keep using them.

I was referred to Speak Realty by a relative who gave the highest recommendation and has used their services for some time now. Right from the start I have been impressed by the level of personal attention, knowledge of the market and the standard of service. As a current and continuing client I am completely happy with the updates and statements I receive.
