I would recommend to anybody selling a property.

We were good tenants for two years in the property. We vacated the property through this agency with no problems as far as condition etc. The company waited two weeks to even transfer the bond back electronically and now after 21 days I am still waiting for 1 weeks rent paid in advance back. I have tried to call endlessly and this company has done their best to stonewall myself and my husband by pretending that the Rental team is not available and so on. This is the most unprofessional company I have met. It appears even after the end of month their accounts appear to be delinquent. If you are thinking about using this company take care as they are not as professional as they wish to appear

I found the service was extremely professional. Our house was sold 3 days after going on the market I feel because of the great presentation of the marketing made our property very desirable to potential buyers. We would like to thank James & Alexandra for their advice for the best price for our home.
