Louis  Carr at castle hill does not follow the law and they force you to sign a part filled contract. saw a property in castle  hill, told the agent (Paul) that we like the property and after we put our offer, he told us "by the way the owner of the house committed suicide at the property. signed the expression of interest , which turn later to be exchange of contract, told us cooling off period starts from Monday. after hours got call from agent for acceptance of vendor,  withdraw our offer by sending email to agent same day and text message to him next day Sunday, he called and told us we have to pay .025%. to vendor. I haven't got one single paper work from agent not even the contract, only got a phone call and a text message for contact number of conveyancing agent, but still he is claiming to get the money from me.  file it with department of fair trading, let them to find out about this type of practice. Just be careful when you dealing with this agency.
