I got the cash I was promised for my Ford Everest. Although it was a challenge to remove the vehicle at first since it's no longer running, the wreckers were patient enough. It was a great deal!

Quoted $250 cash and free pick up. No conditions attached to their quote, they were aware it was a 17 year old unregistered car. When the guy turned up he said that the car was only suitable for crushing - which is actually wrong as everything worked fine but the paintwork was bad. He said since he had the tow vehicle here he could "take if off my hands for me". I mentioned I wanted the $250 as quoted, he then offered $150 then $200 and finally after a lot of discussion regarding their deceitful quoting practice - which I had in an email, he finally agreed to pay the $250 as I refused to sell it for anything less. He also said someone would arrive in a car after he left with the payment!! He finally paid the $250 in cash, took the car & left. Personally I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Was quoted $200 over the phone but the chap who collected it said he wouldn’t give me anything as I would need to take it to a scrap metal place instead. It was a waste of my time and I couldn’t be bothered arguing so they took my car for nothing. What a joy.
