This is the worst rental company I have ever experienced. From their lack of follow through, sheer laziness when reading correspondence and responding, to extremely poor customer service and rudeness. I withdrew my application to rent 2 high end products due to the above! Use a different company that excels in a high level of customer service and respect for potential clients!! RADIO RENTALS DESERVES LESS THAN 1 star

I have been with Radio Rentals since 2007, never had a hassle! Had them before 2003 as well! Great company

Customer service is appalling, when there is a problem with an item they take weeks even months to try and fix the problem run far away don’t even consider this as an option.
