Was looking for something premixed with alcohol and caffeine in it, as i was tired and didnt think i could make it to new years. The islander woman presented me with Bailey's iced coffee drink. I placed my trust in her customer service as i didnt have my glasses and she stated that it was an alcoholic mix. But it was just flavour milk. Ripped off and wont ever buy from them again. I find it really pathetic how businesses just care about obtaining profit and have no interest in provided quality service.
Pulled up in drive thru section, woman stands at the door and asks me if lm coming in clearly not as car still running and kids in car So l ask her if she's coming out and she reluctantly does but not to my window but my passenge windiw where my child was sitting. Then takes ages to pick my order of 6 cans, put thru register and return to my passengers side again and hands them to my child which I didn't think is appropriate. Also note there was no one else there at the time so she wasn't busy with customers. Normally in the past everyone has been very abiding but haven't seen this woman there b4.
I waited in my car for over 5 minutes watching the staff chat and laugh, they completely ignored me despite being the only car there and being in full view of 2 staff and 1 security, I drove to Thirsty Camel and received excellent customer service
