Hi.nGASS SCAM, Dont fill gas here.nnI hade filled two cylinders of gas, which was supposed to be full but when I used it for one or two days it was already empty. I went back to the store but they denied it and didn’t give me any good service or feed back. I was supposed to go get 9 kg of gas’s but it was maximum two kg.nnMaybe they are doing the same scam to other people.

I recently went to this bcf, and was pleasantly greeted by Hung, he spoke to me like an adult although I'm a teenager. And explained everything to me and gave me heaps of suggestions. He told me how to service my own reels and everything. Give Hung a raise!
wasted my time today for 45 minutes while staff looked for the item I was after and showed they had 7 on the system so they must be here! after being told sorry we don't have them the end I thanked them for their time and even suggested that the slightly more expensive product on display be offered at a better price to compensate me for my wasted time but no response from the 3 senior staff members who had helped.nOn the way out asked if they had stock of a life jacket recharge kit that wasn't available 3 weeks ago still not in stock.
We Shop at BCF Cranbourne as that's our local and just wanted to share some feedback for Hung. He always provides excellent service and always approaches us to ask if we need help within minutes of us arriving. He is very knowledgeable and knows his BCF stuff. He is always happy and that's why we always keep coming back to this store, even though prices are sometimes more than the competitor but with excellent service like that, my husband and I love coming back. Please share this feedback to Hung in Cranbourne. Keep Up the great work Hung.
