We love coming to this store. The staff are always friendly, helpful and willing to do what they can to provide great service. Each time we've shopped in this store, we are always acknowledged and given great service. This store is smaller than some of their other stores, but the offers are endless, their customer service also compared to other retailers is up there from what we've experienced.
wasted my time today for 45 minutes while staff looked for the item I was after and showed they had 7 on the system so they must be here! after being told sorry we don't have them the end I thanked them for their time and even suggested that the slightly more expensive product on display be offered at a better price to compensate me for my wasted time but no response from the 3 senior staff members who had helped.nOn the way out asked if they had stock of a life jacket recharge kit that wasn't available 3 weeks ago still not in stock.
Let’s say competence isn’t their strong suit. I came in to collect a gift a friend from Queensland bought me.nnFirst guy had no idea, wasn’t interested in taking the online order number. Said it doesn’t do anything for him. I gave him both names, still couldn’t find anything.nnSo I went around the shop to buy a few things, the fella approached me and said, the woman on the front will explain the situation.nnA woman at the counter told me there is nothing here for me. Even after giving them my name, the purchases name they still had no idea. When I started calling my friend in Queensland the woman said “I know what it is”. She must of had an epiphany! No, sorry about that, nothing.nnRude behaviour in sales just doesn’t work well. If you hate your job so much, go work somewhere customer service isn’t required. Im sure you can find plenty of jobs like that on Seek.nnI would be giving this store a 1 star review but my friend told me Charlie was very good and helpful when he placed the order.nnShame there is only one Charlie there because the others let the shop down. Last time I ever shop there.
We Shop at BCF Cranbourne as that's our local and just wanted to share some feedback for Hung. He always provides excellent service and always approaches us to ask if we need help within minutes of us arriving. He is very knowledgeable and knows his BCF stuff. He is always happy and that's why we always keep coming back to this store, even though prices are sometimes more than the competitor but with excellent service like that, my husband and I love coming back. Please share this feedback to Hung in Cranbourne. Keep Up the great work Hung.
