Found some good bargains and the stuff was nice. Worth checking out if you need to go to an RMW anyway but if you ask me i wouldn’t go just to look for bargains but RMW fans will appreciate it
Great, friendly staff. Very little stock is available, and what is there is mostly women's clothing.
Bought some nice belts and shirts there, worth a visit, some friendly staff and not so friendly, it depends on the day you visit I suppose, cheers

Great prices, ok selection. Beware when buying boots! Ensure that insoles and box is provided.
Really friendly staff and very well stocked
Visited the shop knowing they had seconds, but i thought i would be able to purchase new as well. Went in with high hopes and walked out empty handed. I thought because it is at the factory they would have the best range and be the best R.M Williams shop. Sadly no. Big let down, really not what i was expecting, also if you are not a core size eg L, XL do get you hopes up. Boots were avg, again i thought i would be able to choose from their entire range being at the factory. Sadly no. Prices are still high for a second as well. You may be able to get what you want cheaper elsewhere just do your reserach.

Friendly staff and seconds prices are more affordable than normal
