They have a good range, know the varying differences, trust their judgement to a degree then final decision always are dollars vs functions viable. I think they are great.  Will go there over online shopping with Harvey Norman for one reason, Harvey's hound you online with text chst, "can I help you?". This day age customer is relatively educated has an idea of products.

Went in to buy a new TV, asked for a better price on chosen product, salesperson said they were 'best in market' for pricing, went to JB HiFi and got exactly the same product for $100 less... Good Guys - Hardly!!!
