Store has a lot in it but is very messy and I found it hard to find things. I had gone in for a gas stove ring reducer but they had placed a huge sign over the top of where they were hanging making it difficult to find.nStaff not once approached and ask if I need any help.nCashier was very lovely.
Large store was pretty messy when I went the monday after boxing day. Staff were loosely accommodating, but rather than offering to find an item that the computer noted was in stock, they said if its not in that section, they dont have it. After explaining that i had driven a long way and asking her to have someone look, she did and that team member did locate the items. There was a long queue at cashier, not enough people serving and I had to queue up a second time to pay for the items.. staff not rude just to busy & uninterested to go out of their way to provide good service. Product range and proces good, if you can find them.
There is so much stock in this place, it's insane. The lady at the till was also friendly and helpful. Highly recommended A+
What a big place, you have to take a lift to it, or if you are energetic you can take the stairs. They had quite a few special 2 weeks after NYE. There was only a couple of girls working, but they were very helpful and knew there jobs.nIf you like my reviews please follow us around Australia .
When going to this store you really have to look for items yourself as even when yoi asked. The guy said no they don't have it Decided to browse around as I haven't been to this store for awhile .Then I asked a lady she directed me to another area & then a third person eventually found what I wanted. Took the liberty to inform the guy that I have found what I asked him.nThink he needs to be more assertive about his customers service .
