Great specials, awesome fabrics. I was lucky as I had an end of roll and was offered a length of amazing fabric at remnants, further discounted price. I saw some super sales and discounts in store too. Click & collect from Trinity Gardens SA would be awesome
Customer service is definately not a priority. Waiting to be served for ages while one worker stood next to me stacking lollies on the shelf while another 5m away stacked cushions. No 'thanks for waiting' when I finally did get served.
So we went to the counter, not noticing a poorly marked line. The girl behind the checkout waited a few minutes before telling us where the line was. By this time another customer was in the line. He accepted we were there first but the girl insisted we queued behind him. I left. My wife tried to go next but the girl insisted she went to the end of the line, but now there were two more people. If you are going to have such an officious employee, mark the lines properly. The place is an absolute rabbit warren as well. The poorly marked exit is in the middle of the building and hard to find. NEVER. EVER. AGAIN.
I shopped in sewing section of this store this morning and was served by a very helpful and polite young lady by the name of Ema. If I could give her 10 stars I would. I can't remember when I last had such a pleasant experience shopping anywhere
Well where do I start with the service hopefully not a true representation of all staff, but certainly the one I encountered. Had found some curtain material on the website &checked stock availability in stores as am from the country . Great news a few stores had stock so called into the Trinity Gardens store showed the young girl on the curtain counter ,was told just look over there with all the other buy by the metre product I said you buy as a 12m piece she argued with me no buy metre , had another look couldn't see so tried showing her again & she said if can't see it mustn't have any asked her to look on computer to see if it is in stock too bloody lazy to even try to help ended up after a few more requests for help walking out without purchasing any other products.Ending on a positive note drove the otherside of town to Melrose Park store showed the youg fella on the curtain counter the same picture would you have any of this in stock I'll just check for you 2 mins later yep sure have completely different experience bought all the products I was looking for a happy customer.
Yesterday I found Zoe in soft furnishing fabrics very helpful as she was not only friendly on the phone and in-store but sought out options that may be available for the completion of my project.
Very busy on Saturday late afternoon but, young team member was very pleasant at checkout
Exceptionally poor customer service, staff often don’t acknowledge you when waiting, and often don’t utilise other staff members to help serve when loooong queues at the fabric counter. Always expect a long and frustrating wait here.
Good layout, helpful staff, and always seem to have what you need. The party section is quite large and the craft section is awesome. Even has a fairy garden area
Terrible basic customer service. Usually love spotlight but avoid this one. Didn't even need anything special but basic till practises were missing.
