Visited yesterday to stock up on uni supplies. Was struggling to find the right area and was very politely pointed in the exact right direction by a helpful young champion, Alessio. He guided me to the section and gave me a very informative run down of the best pens and architecture supplies. He's a real expert! Will definitely be continuing to buy from here. Best prices and fantastic service.
Store is a disgrace. Massively under staffed, so much stock missing from shelves. Tried to buy knitting needles, as usual little or no stock. It is knitting season. Shop locally they say. WHY, I say.
Visited yesterday to pick up balloons and was so impressed with the girls who did them! Super lovely and professional and the balloons lasted all day today as well. Unfortunately my husband and I had to view a horrible customer treat the girls disgustingly for not being able to do an on-the-spot balloon order. This was clearly a management issue for understaffing! If more workers were available, the girls at the counter probably would’ve been available and wouldn’t have been mistreated by a nasty woman! To be honest the entire store seemed empty of staff… Management needs to do better.
A VERY frustrating experience! Website often says items are in stock when they may, or may not, be. Can't get thru on phone...puts you on hold then quietly dumps your call. Items are laid out in very haphazard manner in store. Staff are often too busy and stretched thin to offer any help.
Best decorations for your next event and such a wide range. Made my transformers theme for my son’s 21st come to life!
