There is so much stock in this place, it's insane. The lady at the till was also friendly and helpful. Highly recommended A+
They have gotten a lot better with staff. Used to have to wait ages at fabric counter, now it doesn't take long for someone else to jump on the fabric counter and start helping if the line gets long. There was someone cleaning up the dress pattern counter, she helped my fid the pattern I was after. Customer service has definitely improved over the past couple of months.
The staff are probably doing their best, but there are not enough of them. Service counter in the dressmaking section was closed again today - no staff - makes it difficult with rolls of fabric to lug around. Consumables that are close to Best Before not routinely marked down, just left on the shelves for the unsuspecting, and when you ask for a discount it's light. I'm getting sick of battling with this store, time to look elsewhere.
I went today to Trinity Gardens Spotlight. I was there 1.30hour looking at sewing machine no one ask if I needed a hand.nAfter looking on internet I pick one.nI went to cash register ask a new Australian girl do you have the blind hemming foot she said you will have to go to that section. Then she told me the price, I looked at the eftpos screen and the price was on there., I said you have not even asked if I was a member. Other things happened at the counter not impressed would I go back to that store probably not worst shop ever.
Hopeless. If you are a VIP member they can look you up to give you your discount but when you want them to look you up so you buy something that matches what you bought last time they tell you you that they can’t and you have to go call customer care. Not the staffs fault the but the business is broken if you can’t even look someone up on a computer.
