Not very common anymore to get such amazing customer service. The lady that served me was very helpful and knew what she was talking about. She wrapped the chocolates I brought for a gift beautifully and put them in a cooler bag to survive the heat. One of those experiences when you walk out you know you’ll definitely be going back.

I encountered super friendly and helpful employees. nice shop layout and of course the "Best" chocolate. car parking is a bit tricky

The smell in the building is sensational. Wonderful view of the factory (in full swing for Easter when we visited). Plus, it's the best chocolate on Australia.
