Small but still packs in a lot of stock, particularly clothes. Fairly limited in homewares but has some toys for kids around 3-4 rows. Not much as far as board games etc. all kept very clean and friendly staff. Parking is just a but hard during peak times
Very disappointing customer service experience at Target Unley today.nnI purchased five packs of underwear from this store and later returned with one unopened pack that was the wrong size. Although I had the original receipt and had purchased the item only a short time earlier, Customer Service staff repeatedly questioned whether the item was actually the one I had bought.nnI even located an identical item on the sales shelf showing the same $20 price as my receipt, but my explanation was still dismissed. I spent a significant amount of time trying to resolve what should have been a straightforward refund request.nnWhat was most disappointing was the attitude of one staff member, who spoke to me in a rude and confrontational manner and implied that future refunds would be refused if I did not bring the “correct receipt,” despite the fact that I was already presenting the receipt from my purchase.nnEventually, I was given a $20 Target Returns Card instead of a refund to my original payment method.nnCustomers deserve to be treated with respect and trust, not suspicion. I hope Target Unley reviews its customer service practices and provides additional training to ensure other customers do not have a similar experience.
You get a good variety of clothing to suite your budget. Gents, Ladies, Kids, you name it, they have got you covered. There are stationary, books, kitchenware, bedroom amenities and many other household items. The store does have price checkers through out the store. Customer service is really good and the staff help you out if needed. There are two entrances, a walking entrance from Unley Road and the Carl park entrance from Arthur Street.
Small Target, better than big target, and had the aisles to myself
This is what they call a Hotwheels section? Gotta be joking nThe store is literally that small that they have to use pillars to stock items.nStaff however are reasonable and it’s fine for a small target.
