They're a good store with a very big selection of toys and baby products but they have some issues, one being they had just started a sale and they had advertised at least 7 different products from a brand and they only had 2 of the 7 in stock all across SA. So I came here and the lady was nice and helped me but she then told me one of the products was discontinued, when they never even got the product in stock, I was very dissapointed. She also said the other products they're advertising are still "In Transit" to the store.
Absolutely ridiculous, went in for 4 things, they had none of them. A lot of the shelves were empty, things that were actually on the shelves were in the wrong spots displaying the wrong prices. When I was finished I had 3 items, 2 inflatable pool items were a sign displayed "40% off and then had original price> new price, they were both now $8.99" and a speed boat on sale for $14.99 At checkout I was charged almost $40, asking if the 40% discount went through she assured it had. I went to my car and calculated that it should have been no more than $33. I went back in straight to the returns desk and explained the situation, he saw the sign, did the calculations on a calculator and got the same answer as me yet despite seeing the difference immediately it still took over quarter of an hour just to return the difference. Was absolutely ridiculous. Would not call the staff intentionally rude but would certainly not call them professional or considerate. I know things happen but as for display looking like they had just been robbed in the middle of a zombie apocalypse then questioning the price at the checkout and being told I was wrong and then having to wait so long just for my money back while I had to say my details 3 times over. It was just so time consuming and annoying, will not be going back to this store.
6 months ago my daughter paid $600.00 for a cybex m3 pram . The product was NOT up to standard and was unsafe due to a fault with the front wheel .She was refused a refund , a replacement or repair.This is a SAFETY ISSUE .... NOT GOOD ENOUGH !! NEVER AGAIN !!!
Dont try calling Toys r us they put you on hold forever. You'd best jump in your car and drive there you might get served quicker
Spent 20 minutes in the car seat section and couldn’t get anyone to help us, despite a woman helping another couple and seeing us, when she finished with them, she walked away and ignored us. So we left, and are heading to Baby Buntings.

Average range of toys. I was looking for a large jigsaw puzzle but seems they are outdated. The staff are friendly but limited help on the shop floor.
Lots of brands, ages, genders and kinds of toys! Pink dolls, princess and housework themed toys for girls. Blue transport, sci-fi and violence for boys.
Called to ask a simple question. I was placed on hold for 22 minutes only to be hung up on. Called back and waited another 10 minutes and the same thing happened. Ain't nobody got time fo dat!
Always price match, massive baby range, definitely our go to baby store. Staff friendly, very helpful.
