Every time I call Amart I feel like I am less important than the customer in store, I mean I bought furniture there and I am also a customer, why I need to wait for 10mins but they still donot let me finish, why they think I will be free when they call back. Lots of problems I need to wait and call many days to solve. Everyone is busy I think they should get a staff member there just for picking up the call!!

All the stuff in Amart is cheap and nasty inferior imports not good quality at all, the sales staff will tell you anything to make the sale , the people working out the back in stores receiving and dispatch are the only hard workers there who actually know what they're doing , avoid this place and spend your money somewhere else on quality goods

Ordered a bookcase and an office table, none of them had instructions in th box. Don’t know whether to be pissed or to laugh.

Lady that serviced us in store was nice. People who sit behind the desk at the front need a serious attitude change!!! The way they speak is disgusting. Paid for delivery and removal of old furniture. When delivery people arrived they said they weren't taking old furniture, had to ring shop and get that sorted. Then got told it would be an extra fee ON TOP of the delivery I had already paid to bring the furniture in the house!!!! Totally rip off.

Everybody please be careful. The bed we recieved was faulty. We had to cut the fabric to try to fix the issue.
