RM Williams lost my craftsman boots while away for resoling and relining. While they could have easily palmed me off, Darryl from the Wintergarden store followed up and arranged to replace my old ones with a brand new pair for the price of the resole and reline. Not happy my boots were lost, but mistakes happen and RM Williams made it right.

RM Williams is always great, with quality customer service to assist you with the perfect fitting boots.  The quality is first class and the repair services they offer are amazing

The repairs are unbelievable. Like wearing a new pair of boots. Also the sales staff are have fantastic customer service.

Got there before 4pm and they were already closed. There was staff still standing there behind the desk and saw us knocking and they just walked off. Overall pretty bad experience.

Quality, traditional men's clothiers. not cheap, but this is outlet is in a great location on the mall.
