Went in to buy a new pair of NB trainers - commented the last pair that I was wearing didn’t last that long before the adhesive let go on the left toe. Thanks to the wonderful Jess checking the purchase date October 21 etc, my new shoes were free. I’m was very impressed. Many thanks to Jess and all the helpful staff at Rebel.
with only 5 minutes to spare before the store was to close, Megan B provided me with outstanding customer service, locating the specific item i was interested in and going out of her way to open the item up and allow me try the the product on. she knew a lot about the product & was educated in its use and how it was meant to fit, etc. 5 Stars

Ask for Conor. He knows his stuff. I went around to heaps of different shoe shops but Conor was able to get me into one that fit like a glove on the 3rd try. Bonus: Plenty of professional rugby kit sold here.
