I highly recommend this store! I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing service I received from James. He knew everything about the make of the shoe and how it works with my foot. He had a wealth of knowledge. No use of tacky salesman tricks either so I knew the info was genuine. Thanks for your help yesterday James, you were awesome!!
I visited Footgear Indooroopilly last month and have been meaning to write this review since as I was so touched by the extra effort and positive care shown by Trudy and Matilda in their service towards customers. They were not there to make sales or hit sales target and if the shoe was not right they were honest about it and did not try to market their product just to gain sales. They were extremely patient, supportive and welcoming in their mannerism. I definitely recommend Footgear Indooroopilly if your are looking for shoes with good support plus excellent service. Thank you!
After having an awful experience at the Carindale Store, I went to Footgear Indooroopilly and found A++++ customer service in the lovely Matilda. Matilda took the time to explain the Frankie4 shoes to me and find the perfect fit for my feet, especially given that my right foot is 14 weeks post recovery from a three bone break. It’s been a long road to recovery, given my foot swells and pain increases if not supported correctly. Especially working long hours on my feet in a hospital, so I hope the Frankie4 Ellie Shoes will be just what my little feet need. Matilda was absolutely wonderful, empathetic and caring. She really did want to find the correct fit and shoe for my feet. I will be returning in the future for more shoes, even though I live on the Southside, 5 minutes from thr Carindale Store literally. Matilda and her team at Indooroopilly are def worth the drive in! Thank you Matilda.
came here to get my first pair of birkies, thank you james and trudy for educating me so well on caring for them and breaking them in to ensure i have the best experience with them!̈ you guys made my experience here so great, will definitely be back if i were looking to get more in the future

Matilda was very helpful. She was patient while I tried on several shoes and allowed me time to think. I ended up buying a pair of shoes because she wears them herself and said they were excellent! Thank you!!
A really great shopping experience at Indooroopilly Footgear, where Matilda looked after us - so helpful and friendly, as we tried different styles and finally went for a pair of Franckie4 Jackie. The shoes are perfectly comfortable and we were able to get 10% off as a teacher.
Over and beyond helpful and lovely faces. There is no pressured to buy feeling. Very lovely staff, Trudy is spectacular and such a respectful human.
I have a very wide foot and was worried about whether I could get comfortable sneakers. James fitted me with interesting Swedish sneakers and a new brand Ziera which are so comfortable. Perfect for a wider foot. I bought Ziera.
I am not normally one to make a review but I truly had an awful experience at this store today. I was trying to make an exchange of some burkinstock shoes for another size it was a gift and accidentally bought one size too big. The shop was out of stock in the particular size and was told there was no way of making an exchange would have been happy to wait for new stock to be brought in. Every attempt and problem solving was met with "no, we can't do that" with no attempt at helping. Very very disappointing.
