You better make sure you want your shoes. Just went there and bought some, came back within minutes and couldn't get a refund due to 'Company Policy'! Didn't even wear them after purchasing. Totally ridiculous. Never buying from here again.
WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED !!!!!! Brought a pair of men boots air flex $190.00 from indroopilly store, the leather separated from the sole, was given a new pair which I had to pick up from the Gold Coast only for the second pair to do exactly the same thing, was tgan told it was wear and tear I only wear them when I go out to functions which has been 3 times, Theresa was very nice and professional, I'm very dissapointed wont shop at betts ever again!!!
I went there a few days back, staff was least interested to acknowledge i went to her and asked for the other pair otherwise she wouldn’t even care. I like the brand and wanted to buy a shoe so i did.
Worst customer service received by two employees on Saturday midday. Extremely disinterested, not helpful and unprofessional. Can't express how awful it was, would not recommend coming to this store.
Super friendly woman served me this afternoon! Such great service compared to surrounding stores. Highly recommend if you’re ever needing a pair of affordable shoes.
Get what you pay for. Paid $120 for this pair and lasted about 9months before sole blew through!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced
Got shoes that are certainly unique, but don't come with any instructions for care or maintenance. Had a problem with getting the right size though, a size 10, as it wasn't in stock in the store. The woman was apologetic as she explained she couldn't order the shoes through her system and receive the sales credit, something I recommend fixing, and it would be better if we just ordered online. Shoes were a bit pricey, but not as bad as it could have been. The only salesperson in the store as I was, did not actively help me with either the selection of or trying on of shoes, but was polite when I asked her for different sizes or her expertise.
