Firstly, great staff. Always friendly and looking for extra ways to help out. Ian hand delivered my parcel to the Star-track depot when the courier didn't show up! Left luggage always ready in my room on check in when I come back. Nice living room space and kitchen at least in every room I've ever stayed in. Internet is fast 45Mb down just now via my VPN. My favourite place to stay in Alice.
Rooms are a bit outdated but basic. Bathroom is crying out for a renovation. Mattress on bed could do with an upgrade - not particularly comfy but barely manageable. Did wake up a few times feeling a bit sore because it's too firm.nNot sure what happened to the cleaners - hadn't done any top ups of toilet paper or any tidy up for a couple of days. Will probably end up resorting to using tissue paper or leaves. A bit sad considering other people's reviews have said quite good things.
Rooms are pretty old and small. No ice machine at reception. Not enough parking. On the dodgy side of town. Shower dirty, mattress needs updating. We also stayed at Crown Plaza . Crown was a lot bigger, nicer and safer.
The team at Quest Mparntwe are outstanding; Friendly, welcoming, and supportive, they took care to provide the most incredible service; from taking care of my parking space needs, working around my schedule, to organising mail and post for me. They made my stay incredibly easy and relaxing, offering solutions to any request or need I had. The rooms are stunning and spacious, with every luxury provided for; kitchen, laundry, linen, the most comfortable bed. Thank you for also providing such friendly staff who made my stay extra special and full of connection. Well done, Quest, Mparntwe, I will definitely recommend to anyone coming to Central for a luxurious, welcoming and relaxing stay, to stay no where else!
Very nice and clean room with very polite and friendly staff. I don’t think there is anywhere in Alice Springs that could get a high rating on the Location category.
