Great pet friendly apartment. Booked 2 bedroom apartment upstairs & one bedroom pet friendly apartment downstairs with fully fenced yard.Clean cool room & comfy  bed. Staff friendly & assisted in booking our tour around town. If you travelling to Alice with your dog book ahead because pet rooms popular.

Stayed here for just over a month while we didn’t have a home when we first moved to Alice Springs, with our two pets. First we stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which was nice, and tastefully furnished. The bed was two singles pushed together which was a bit weird as I kept falling into the gap. The shower also constantly went hot and cold.

I asked for toilet paper and bin bag at the reception and was given it, I said thanks. When I asked for a second roll (as we were staying for a long time) I was rudely told by the same staff member “this is not a serviced apartment. Plus, we have none left”. If I had just been told it wasn’t serviced the first time I obviously wouldn’t have asked for the second roll!

We had told reception that we had to stay in the apartment until we found a house but when we tried to extend our stay for the second month they told us our room had been booked and we had to move all our stuff out on a day’s notice. It would have been a nice courtesy to let us know the room had been booked so I could make other arrangements.

We were downgraded into a much smaller room with no kitchen and only a tiny fridge and I had to put all of our food into the fridge at work. We were upset that we had to move, and the staff member just said “you’re lucky you have a place to sleep” which I thought was rude.
When we moved in and turned on the aircon in the new room, it leaked so bad our entire floor was wet and the housekeeping staff had to give us heaps of towels everyday to keep it at bay.

The place is decent but overall not impressed with our stay considering we were paying almost $200 a night, including $30 a night in pet fees and the room wasn’t serviced.
Would not recommend this place for a long stay as our experience was extremely stressful and uncomfortable.

Constant internet outages. Occasional water and power outages.
Water leak and moldy smell.
Rude desk agents.
Maintenance and Laundy staff were nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alice on Todd. As a family of 4 the 2 bed deluxe apartment was spacious, comfortable and immaculate. It is the ideal location to explore Alice Springs and surrounds and the staff are friendly and knowledgable regarding the area. Highly recommend.
