Not worth the time or the money. They gouge you at every opportunity. Disorganized. Hot as hell. A program was supposed to start at 11 AM. We waited until 11:30, as we were leaving, the attendant showed up, said that he couldn't find the keys to the venue. We heard that it was officially cancelled @ 12 noon. The restaurant that we ate at cost $56 for a rubber chicken sandwich and a tough 100 gram (3 oz) steak. It was so tough to cut, and they didn't even have a sharp knife. On a positive note the room, when it was finally ready was clean with a clean good sized bathroom.

Disappointed with welcome when arrived. No hello, welcome or smile. Appreciate that all guests arrive at the small time, which puts pressure on the team. But a simple smile goes a long way. Some great staff, and some really poor ones. Our party of 6 all remarked it was the most disappointing service of a 3 week trip. I was born in the Territory, and it doesn't reflect the warmth and genuine hospitality of the place.

On the outside, the rooms look old but inside, they are spacious and modern. The bathroom was mostly clean. The air-conditioning was quiet and there was an optional automatic function on it. The outdoor pool is about 25m long and 10m wide, although it's not too busy.

It's like an oasis in the desert. There is this huge outback with nearly no infrastructure and then you reach the desert garden resort. The hotel is just great and you got everything you need there. The rooms are very clean and new. You got a pool, free WiFi and even washing machines for your dirty clothes. That was one of the best hotels at our trip.

Very convenient for visiting Uluru national park and close to the airport. Good sized rooms , clean and comfortable. Lots of places to eat and several shops on site. No complaints. Would come to this hotel again.
