Room was a good size for 6 people. Two bunks & a double bed. All were comfortable.nFridge was a bit small for drinks for everyone, but plenty of cutlery & plates.nBathroom was good, plenty of hot water & good pressure.nShort taxi ride to Penrith station, not walkable.nWould stay again.

Good prompt customer service with tourist information leaflets available. Rooms clean but dated. Plenty of parking including mobility parking. On a major road leading to and from the motorway. Reasonable cost.

Great hotel for a stay in local area.  Hotel tidy and full food and drinks next door in hotel.  Super convenient for that short stay.   Bathrooms need extra attention otherwise very comfortable. Would visit again. AA+

Surprisingly quiet for a Saturday night stay.nBeds are a little on the firm side, but we were comfortable enough. Friendly staff and an easy check in. It’s not the Ritz, but for a small hotel in western Sydney it’s far better than others we’ve experienced.

Stayed in the spa room, everything was great. Plenty of dinner options walking distance.
