The absence of neatness and cleanliness was clear all through the place. The room was dusty and the beddings seemed not have been worked on for a while. There was not so much as a solitary paper towel to dry my hands after washing them. This degree of messiness is inadmissible.
This was a 11th hour booking for an appointment I had in the area, I'd booked elsewhere however the booking fell through which was disappointing, however I'm very happy I ended up booking this place. I received a call from a lady from reception, I'm sorry I forgot her name, however super halpful by calling regarding my possible late check-in & tell me about Sydney Water doing work out the front, which was no hassle at all.nThe room was not to bad gave it a four out of five as it was very clean and well appointed, the room is getting a little dated, but all things considered I would stay again. Lastly being set back from the road it was quiet with a nice little garden area in the centre to sit and relax. I'll be booking again when I need to come back in 6 months.
Surprised even though had a microwave, toaster & tea making did not have bowls to serve cereal to children or plates to serve takeaway meal I purchased for children. I booked into here because it was a budget motel but not able to feed the children with meal I provided due to lack of plates, etc it became a very expensive exercise. Room was wonderful, bed so comfortable & even though situated on a main road & right next to hotel, it was very quiet. Will come again but must bring my own cutlery & plates.
Good rooms for a great price relatively close to the river, city centre and the Panthers club.
Clean rooms. Good staff. Fairly noisy on Thur night. Second floor room.
